Rise and Progress of the Bill for effectuating a Commercial Intercourse between the two Nations, on permanent and equitable Principles. III. His Grace of Portland's Reasons for opposing the Twenty Propositions sent from the Commons to the Lords of England, for their Consideration. IV. Proceedings of the Irish Legislature on the Twenty Propositions transmitted from England. V. Opinion of Mr. Fox's ministerial Character. VI. The probable Consequences of any Proposition in the British Parliament, tending to an Union with the Sister Nation. Vii. The present State of the Press in Ireland considered.
