Part II. Exhibiting Histories of Cases, in which this Disease and its various Symptoms, are exemplified. Also a Dissertation on the Management of young Children under it; and a Method of external Remedies for those who will not take internal Medicines; and then some practical Aphorisms deduced from the Histories.
