Proposals for publishing, by subscription or order, in one volume, royal octavo, price half a guinea in boards, to be paid on delivery, or on subscription-at pleasure, an original work; never having been before attempted; of the most general use, viz. The estimate-book of rents, interests, and dividends; Of profits, losses, charges, allowances, ... differences in weights and measures of all kinds, in all countries, &c. &c. The universal tables, for buying, selling, and speculations, in lands, houses, the public funds, and the stocks of the public companies; and in every article of produce, manufacture, merchandize, &c. the per-cent-book. To which will be added, tables of annuities certain, annuities on lives, and assurances on lives. For the use of every person of property; ... and of every person in trade. ...With an introduction, containing familiar examples of the application of the tables, by inspection, to their extensive and various uses; to render the same perfectly easy to any person.
