Description

Visualisation of calcium waves during cycles 10-14 of Drosophila development, confocal images. Embryo was co-injected with Ca-sensitive dye Calcium green dextran and Ca-insensitive rhodamine-dextrin. Thus ratio indicates real changes in calcium concentration and not changes in dye.
