Description
This is an internal communications video about the change programme. Dr David Barry, Group Director for Research Development and Medical explains the programme; the rationale is to be unified across all the markets in the World. In response to a prior comment by a leading pharmaceutical ,market analyst James Culverwell (heard in voice-over), the organisation responds to his criticism of their ability to bring their new herpes drug Zovirax to market successfully. A meeting of global brand managers takes place. Some of the marketing activities which were put into place for Zovirax are shown.
