About this work
Description
The first item on the programme is about the controversies surrounding SSRIs, such as if they are likely to lead to suicidal tendencies. The second item follows arachnophobe Sally Braben to London Zoo to see if their current 'Friendly Spider Programme' to help people suffering with arachnophobia to recover. The third item is about new addictions to things like internet surfing and compulsive shopping. Psychologists question whether these are really addictions or rather indications of poor will power.
