No one will be admitted through the entrance wicket after 7-44 p.m. 1 8. fourteen days allowed for reading a work. Borrowers detaining books beyond the time allowed will be fined One Penny per week, or portion of a week for the first fortnight, and Twopence per week or portion of a week afterwards, and postage charged in addition. 4.
