Circa 1661. £31 Ios The Original Manuscript of this great Hunting Book by the French Royal Huntsman, and probably the one from which the book was eventually printed. The present Manuscript has many sections cancelled, showing that they were not to be in the printed book. It is interesting to note that it was not printed until nearly 100 years after the death of its Author, namely, in 1742.
