Description

Besides Peel are Sir James Graham and Lord Stanley. Lord John Russell attempts to persuade Bull that he is on the wrong bus. The crossing sweeper is Wakley, Member of Parliament for Finsbury. The print alludes to the departure of the new Tory administration
