    CHAPTER 32. An Act Respecting Coroners. Short Title Appointment Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint, s. 2. s. 1. ss. 2, 3. To have jurisdiction over whole Province, s. 3. Fees None payable for inquest unless cer- tain oath made, s. 4. ss. 4-6. Certain cases excepted, s. 5. Lieutenant Governo*’ to regulate, s. 6. HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows :— SHORT TITLE. 1. This Act may be cited as “ The Coroners Act.” short title- APPOINTMENT. 2.
