About this work

Description

A dorsal view of a 5 days post fertilisation Tg(vmat2:GFP) embryo. The embryo has been has been labelled with anti GFP(green), anti-acetylated tubulin antibody(red) that labels neuronal tracts. This transgenic drives GFP in a subset of thyrosine hydroxylase (dopaminergic)expressing brain nuclei and their processes. Here we can see expression of GFP in nuclei of the pineal organ, telencephalon, olfactory bulbs and processes in the tectum, telencephalon and cerebellum.
