Lettering continues: Le docteur Disséqhomme [.] Lord Malingre. [The patient says] Voir diner beaucoup bien fort et ne pas mancher Godem!...chaimerai autant êttre dans le Tamise. [The doctor says] Faites ce que moi vous ordonne et non ce que che fait. [the paper held by the patient says:] Pour boisson tisane de pissenlit Bouillon pointu pour tout potage. [the sheet hanging out of the doctor's pocket reads:] Visites a faires. Lord Mounille Milady Sidney Sir Chiourme Miss Amel...[the sheet on the floor:] Liste des malades sans fortune
