Description
Lichen ruber acuminatus (pityriasis rubra pilaris). Familial types of pityriasis rubra pilaris. Lichen niticulus,. Lichen spinuculosis, lichen acuminatus etc. 'Lichen moniliformis', keratosis follicularis. General exfoliative dermatitis (pityriasis rubra) for comparison and recurrent desquamation. 'Lichen vaccinicus' (a 'vacciniole') for comparison. Lichen planus following psoriasis (or vice versa). Also folliculitis decalvans et atrophicans, with lichen ruber pilaris (spinulosis) or keratosis follicularis--but ?not in the sense of Danier's Disease? Psoriasis: a few cases for comparison etc, also parapsoriasis. Psoriasis of the tongue and mucous membranes (for comparison). The whole question of kraurosis and leukoplakia and lichenification and pruritis of the vulva (and of the penis! and vagina). Also atrophic forms of lichen planus (and references to other collections). Parapsoriasis, parakeratosis variegata, xantho-erythrodermia etc, 'parakeratosis scutularis (or ostracea). Hypertrophic forms of lichen planus and question of 'lichen amyloidosis'. 'Lichen sclerosis' (A M H Gray etc) 'Lichen sclerosus atrophicans' (M Schubert etc)-[deleted]--see my acrocyanosis sclerodermia etc 2nd series but see especially my collection 'Addison's disease--- Morphea [illeg] etc'. Note! there are notes and cuttings of lichen sclerosis and lichen amyloidosus in this collection. Lichenoid naevus (linear). Psoriaform naevus (linear etc)
