Description

Manuscript letter. Letter dated 11 June 1895 Creak was very glad that the Kerr Committee are to discuss the examination of ships' lights again. The introduction of electric lights has altered the question since date of Creak's first memorandum. Letter dated 19 June 1895 Creak stated that he would be absent from the meeting of the Kerr Committee and went on to discuss the question of lanterns on ships.
