Biographical note
The circulars files appear to have changed around 1964-5 to become a collection of press releases only, apart from papers given at conferences, which have been transferred to L.9. Separate sections of press releases on annual meetings and long service badge presentations have been transferred to Sections K.1 and 2 respectively. The only later item found was a photocopy of a 1986 'news release' on the QNI's reaction to the Griffiths report. The only other press releases which had been kept have now been filed with it: they mainly relate to QNI research and awards, but there are comments on the government white paper of 1996
