About this work

Description

Black and white photograph of a case of chloroma of the orbital regions. There is proptosis of both eyes, especially the right, and a swelling in either temporal region, the right side being again the one most affected. From a girl of 11 years, who died of chloroma. Photograph presented to the Museum by Thomas Harrison Butler, MD, ophthalmologist and Barts alumnus.
