Author's own copy with holograph additions, etc. Interleaved, with many additions, corrections, and notes in MS. by the author, and numerous inserted illustrations, cuttings, etc.

Inserted between p. 16 and p. 17 of Vol. 1 is an A.l.s. from P. V. Paroli, 1 p. dated Paris, 19/5/1905.

In Vol. II inserted loose at the end, letters from A. Le Page and Henry Meige [1866-1940]. In the same volume at the beginning is a printed article by Dr. Alexandre (i.e. François Dominique A. Alexandre (1797-1881), a physician of Amiens), "Molière et les médecins" (pp. 503-533. 8vo. 16½ x 12 cm.), extracted from the Mémoires de l'Académie de la Somme, Séance du 11 Février, 1854.
