Description
View from pier or boat towards land looking towards the east. The street is known as the Praya or Des Voeux Road. The building on the right is the office of Jardine Matheson & Co. The one next door is the office of Dent & Co., their chief rival in the opium trade. Similar view to Thomson's negative number 43
