<p>Folded leaflet encouraging people to eat a more balanced diet high in fruit and vegetables, fibre, vitamins, antioxidants, protein, calcium and unsaturated fats. It advertises Tesco's new Healthy Living and Light Choices range of foods. Guideline Daily Amounts are given plainly on Tesco food and this is explained. A pharmacy check up at aTesco Pharmacy is encouraged. Four healthy eating recipes are given.</p>
