Reproduction of two illustrations published in Hough, Walter: Fire-making apparatus in the U.S. National Museum, Washington, 1888. Photographs of the illustrations were acquired by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum and accessioned in 1938 (accession number PHO 10852).
