(Signed) Secretary, Medical Research Committee Lettering typewritten on accompanying paper slip: Drawing to show distribution of contralateral massive collapse in the lower lobe of the left lung from a case of right-sided haemothorax. The collapse affects the middle sector of the lower lobe on its outer surface, and the diaphragmatic surface showed a similarly depressed area of collapse in the middle sector.
