Description

Mid-borderline (BB) leprosy There are annular lesions of BB seen on the back and arm of this patient. The oval centre may be anaesthetic and it is surrounded by a raised band of infiltrated tissue. The distinct inner edge of the lesions gives a typical 'punched out' appearance.
