According to Wikipedia, Verband der deutschen Berufsgenossenschaften existed from 1887 to 1921, when it became the Hauptverband der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften. According to the website of the Deutsches Historisches Museum, the Unfallverhütungsbild G.m.b.H. was founded in 1925. The present document mentions both of them. Presumably one of the two websites is slightly inaccurate and this document dates from the early or mid-1920s
