In order to preserve the specimen for your inspection, no microscopical examination has yet been made. “ Report on Case of Double Tabal Pregnancy.—The speci- mens consist of the left tube and ovary, a large, irregular mass derived from the appendages of the right side, and a well-devel- oped fetus of from three to four months. They are all pre- served in weak alcohol. Right side.—It is very difficult to make out exactly the rela- tions existing in the specimen from this side. OnAts surface there are- numerous thin adhesions and a number of cicatrices; on sec- tion one sees a number of small corpora fibrosa, but absolutely no trace of a fresh corpus luteum. Roughly speaking, the rest of the specimen may be divided into two portions, an internal and external, according to their relation to the uterus. The internal portion is ovoid in shape and measures 7, 4.5, and 3.h centimetres in its various diameters. Its exterior is of a dull- white color and is covered by more or less thick, organized ad- hesions. Its surface is somewhat irregular, and beneath it may be seen structures which resemble the hands and feet of a small skeleton, and appear hard and bone-like to the touch. Some of
