Creator/production credits

According to Bartsch, his no. 423 is an engraving by Agostino Veneziano after Michelangelo, while his no. 463 is engraved by an unknown hand (possibly Marcantonio Raimondi) after a different drawing of the same composition, with a pillar instead of a tree. From no 463, other hands made two copies: copy A and copy B, the latter being made from the former. In copy B, the top right corner is shaded with engraving, not blank as in copy A
