Description

Prader-Willi's syndrome is a multiple congenital anomalies syndrome in which chromosome 15 is affected. It is relatively rare. Here, the various manifestations of the syndrome are described and doctors and parents talk about the management of the condition. Children with Prader- Willi's syndrome are observed, at every stage from toddler to adolescent, and are shown participating in various therapies including speech training, physiotherapy and ergotherapy.
