Description

Leaflet advertising KP Foods' (part of United Biscuits) Original Hula Hoops potato snacks. It was around in April 2000 at the time of the first London mayoral elections and featured a homemade blue glove puppet who wore a pack of Hula Hoops as a robe, probbaly tying in with a TV advertisement. Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament are behind him. 'Witty' campaign slogans are on the reverse.
