Creator/production credits
If the attribution to "Vanloo" is accurate, the likeliest artist appears to be Jacob Van Loo, who was born in Sluis (Sluis-Aardenburg) in 1614, worked in The Hague and Amsterdam, moved to Paris in 1660 and died there in 1670
