Description
Papers relating to the play "Only Smarties Have the Answer" written by Aidan Shingler based around his experiences of being sectioned in England under the mental health act. The play was produced by the Bridgehead Arts company and the puppets were operated by Langley Brown and Christina Agnew.
The play deals with the treatment of the mentally ill by science and psychiatry, active misunderstanding and confirmation bias in medicine, sectioning, human rights and mental health on a whole.
