Written in two handwritings: pages 1-189 are in a large untidy scrawling hand; from pages 189 to 231 the text is continued without a break in a small neat scholarly handwriting. There is no indication as to the identity of the writers.

The contents are Boerhaave's lectures on Hearing and Sound; substantially the same course as is reported in MS.MSL No. 30.
