About this work
Inside each of these twelve test tubes is a sample used at the Pasteur Institute in France to research tuberculosis. Most of the samples are of human tuberculosis and two are from bird tuberculosis. One of the human samples originated from a cow. The fear of contracting tuberculosis from cattle led to inspection of meat and milk and stronger regulation of both trades in the United Kingdom. maker: Institut Pasteur Place made: France
