About this work

Description

Five letters (January-May, 1966) from H Gobind Khorana to Crick, together with a typescript draft of Khorana, "Polynucleotide synthesis and the genetic code. II," sent inviting comment.

The file includes a set of notes (holograph) made by Crick (one page verso a Western Union telegram to Crick), and two typed tables (dated 9 December 1965, and 13 March 1966) headed "Codon Assignments from Polypeptide Synthesis and/or Stimulation of Aminoacyl-sRNA Binding to Ribosomes". Both tables are annotated.
