Crichton Brqwne, F.E.S.E., the Medical Director of the West Eiding Lunatic Asylum, lectures on Mental Diseases during the Summer Session. The Systematic Lectures are given at the School, and the Clinical Lectiu-es at the Asylum, which now accommodates 1,500 patients. It is needless to point out how great and unusual an advantage is here presented to those inclined to make themselves conversant -with the imj^rovement made of late years in the treatment and management of the insane. The Leeds Public Dispensary.—A lai'ge number of Medical and Surgical Patients are treated here by consultation, and at their own homes. Two Physicians and tlu-ee Surgeons attend during the week at stated houi-s. The Leeds Fever Hospital. — Much valuable experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Fevers is to be gained in this Hospital, wliich is capable of receiving 80 patients.
