Die-cut, folded leaflet which is in the shape of a bottle of Burroughs Wellcome Hazeline witch hazel. Additionally their Hazeline cream (soothes the skin and is effective aginst dry scalp, thin hair, alopecia, eczema, acne rosacea and haemorrhoids) and Hazeline Snow (soothes rough, inflamed skin without fat or glycerin).
