Biographical note

Artist Sally Haynes produced artworks (digital phtoography combined with conventional drawing) for three hospitals in Southern England, as part of a project exploring the connections between art and science. Haynes' work explored the working practices and equipment of three medical science teams, looking at the Radiology Department at Southampton General Hospital, Wessex Genetics Laboratory at Salisbury District Hospital, and the Pathology Department at St Mary's Hospital, Isle of Wight.
