    Your Committee record with most sincere regret tlie death of their late Colleague, Mr. Richard Martineau, whose great abilities and sound judgment they highly appreciated. Four other Governors have died since the last Meeting of the Court, and eight new Governors have been nominated. The Commissioners in Lunacy made their usual Official Visit to the Hospital, pursuant to sec.
