Copy 1. Bound in 18th century papers (very damaged) with parchment spine and corners, red leather label with gold lettering. Manuscript inscriptions on final free endpaper: "J. Langstaff" (twice) and "E. Canton 1856". Inscription on verso of front free endpaper: "Presented to the Library of the Charing Cross Hospital Medical College by Edwin Canton. Sept. 1856." Library stamp of Charing Cross Hospital Medical School on title page and pastedowns, and its booklabel on front pastedown (with shelfmark B22 crossed out and K4 added). Loose Ex libris booklabel of Westminster Medical School.
