Lettering

Examination of new patients. The history of each is taken; the nature of the wounds, and his weight are noted, and the relevant facts entered on a special "history card" which is kept for statistical purposes. The patients then receive a "treatment card" on which are recorded his weight, the class of treatment to be employed, and later, the date of each inoculation
