Description

Lettering and composition printed in reverse, suggesting that this is a counterproof. An impression from the plate, with all lettering, was in the catalogue of Danstampe, Zané (Vicenza) 2010, pp. 98-99, no. 51 (reproduced). The print celebrates the canonisation of John of God the year before (1690)
