Part of a set of 24 Riso printed, modern-day Tijuana Bibles, created by individual artists and commisioned and published by Horizontal Press, a small pornographic press run by the artist Kaye Blegvad. Each artist was asked to create an illustrated narrative using the loose brief of sex and sexuality and taking the traditional 8 page format of the original Tijuana Bibles. The project explores how Tijuana Bibles combine with the current comics/zine scene and uses two-colour Risograph printing to recreate the tactile and analogue feel of the originals.
