Description

Manuscript letters. He would like to conduct a series of anthropometric observations on patients in an asylum and wants to know the best way to do it. The reasons for study would be to obtain information "as to the effect of the asylum routine upon the condition of the inmates". He would like information about cranial measurements and of calculating reaction times.
