Bound volume of promotional leaflets issued by Boots to retail chemists in 1931 and 1932 advertising their products, showing how to make eye-catching window displays from them - includes price lists and photographs of the products and display. They include, in chronological arrangement: 'Sales promotion display programme' (No.1, August 31st-October 3rd 1931- No.18, May 30th-June 11th 1932) which seems to have become 'Merchandising Matters' from June 13-18th 1932, "Sales Promotion Programme" (19) being a subheading on the front. Copies are included from No.19 through to No.43, December 12th-24th 1932. Copies of 'Sales and selling' (28th April 1932 - October 1932) are also included.
