Correspondence and conference details regarding the Gordon Research Conference on 'Nucleic Acids', held at New Hampton, New Hampshire, 22-26 June, 1964.

As conference organizer, Seymour Benzer wrote to Crick (2 January, 1964): "This meeting is to emphasize genetic and molecular biological aspects of the subject, since the 1963 session stressed the chemical and structural side (as will 1965). I would be very pleased if you would be willing to be chairman of the session on 'The genetic code I'."

The earliest letter in the file is a confidential note from Crick to Brenner (19 March, 1963) informing him that Leslie Orgel "is considering leaving Cambridge."
