Letter from Wilkins, Professor of Oriental Languages to the East India Company, returning a copy of Chardin (Sir John Chardin 1643-1713, traveller and writer on Persia and the East Indies in the 17th century) as not suitable for the Library, 11 Oct 1817; one letter to Fred. Lilly, Corn Exchange, Manchester, regarding rules for re-assembling Parliament (the old or a new parliament) if the King dies before, on, or after the appointed assemling day, 10 Jan 1833.
