About this work

Description

The first in a two-part series which explores the fine line between madness and sanity. A group of 10 volunteers undergo a series of tests set by a group of psychiatrists over the course of a week at Heber Castle. Out of the volunteers, five have mental health issues and it is up to the psychiatrists to work out which ones these are. The participants are given various tasks to perform which will hopefully bring their mental health issues to light. The programme intends to show how close apparently 'sane' people are to 'madness' and how difficult it is to differentiate between what are symptoms of mental illness and what are mere character traits.
