(113 pp.) With copious marginal notes and additions in Latin and Italian, many relating to astrological medicine. On the first page of the last work, the writer has added the statement 'L' Autore si protesta che gli infrascritti Aforismi sono totalmente vani, e solo li ha descritti accio maggioramente si conosca la loro vanita da chi ne vuol fare l'esperienza nelle nativita'.
