The particulars of valuable freehold estates, most advantageously situate at Middleton Cheney, Warkworth, Overthrupp, Nethercott, and Grimsbury, in the county of Northampton, contiguous and a short distance from the capital market town of Banbury, and the Oxford and Coventry Canal; Comprising the extensive manor of Middleton, with royalties, immunities, and appurtenances, one thousand one hundred and sixty-five acres of land, tythe free, divided into excellent and very compact dairy and corn farms, capable of great improvement; the whole let to very old tenants at will, at nett rents amounting to one thousand five hundred and seventeen pounds Eight Shillings per annum, and are of the estimated value of about one thousand eight hundred pounds per annum: which will be sold by auction, by Mess. Skinner, Dyke, and Skinner, on Thursday the 18th of April, 1799, at twelve o'clock, at Garraway's Coffee House, 'Change Alley, Cornhill, London, in ten lots.
