Description

Between 1978-80, sixty children of various races and backgrounds from twenty different schools in the US were individually interviewed using a questionnaire developed by John E. Mack MD, Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. This video comprises of twenty-seven young people whose views were representative of the the overall sample. The children are clearly haunted by images of Hiroshima which is still recent in their minds. Responses express their powerlessness as well as anger and fear.
