Monochrome photographs, one of them of an identified patient. Includes graph "Quarterly sales of Distaval to wholesalers" correlated with "Quarterly incidence of reduction deformities", 1959-1963. Further includes a series of colour photocopies of one particular patient's limb deficiencies.
