    Legal proceedings before the Justices have been taken against one person for violating the Bye-laws, and a fine with costs was imposed on the defendant. “ THE SALE OF FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS, 1875 & 1879.” The following samples under the above “ Acts ” have periodically been obtained from the vendors within the Town and submitted to the Public Analyst.
